Volunteers Needed!

We are still in need of several volunteers for Saturday's meet!

Volunteers are essential to running a successful swim meet, and we appreciate every family that helps make these events possible.

Please visit our SwimTopia website to review the available volunteer positions and sign up for a shift.

As a reminder, each family is expected to complete three volunteer assignments per season. If you have not signed up yet, we strongly encourage you to do so.

Thank you to everyone who has already volunteered!

Team Seating & Spectator Information

For this meet, we will be using the gymnasium as our designated Dolphins team area.

All Dolphins swimmers must remain in the gymnasium between their events. This is extremely important so our coaches and volunteers can easily locate swimmers and get them to the pool deck on time for their races.

Parents and guardians are more than welcome to sit in the gymnasium with their swimmers. Families may also choose to sit on the pool deck throughout the meet or move between the gymnasium and pool deck to watch their child compete.

Important Reminders:

  • All Dolphins swimmers must remain in the gymnasium when they are not swimming or preparing for an event.
  • Parents are welcome to sit in the gymnasium with their swimmers.
  • Parents may sit on the pool deck or come onto the deck when their swimmer is competing.
  • Please help us keep swimmers in their designated team area so coaches and volunteers can locate them quickly.

We appreciate everyone's cooperation in helping the meet run smoothly and ensuring swimmers do not miss their events!

Concessions – Cash Only!

We will have a concession stand available throughout the meet, offering a variety of hot foods, snacks, and drinks for swimmers and families to enjoy!

Please note that concessions will be CASH ONLY. We encourage families to bring cash if they plan to purchase food or beverages during the meet.

Arrival & Check-In

All Dolphins swimmers should check in upon arrival and report to their coaches for further instructions.

Volunteers should also check in upon arrival to receive their assignments and any additional instructions.

Marking Your Swimmer

We encourage all parents to write their swimmer's last name and age on either their left or right shoulder before the meet using a permanent marker.

Parents are also encouraged to mark their swimmer's event, heat, and lane information on their arm. This helps swimmers keep track of their races throughout the meet.
