Hello Families,

We will be holding an in-person parent meeting tomorrow during all practice groups.

The meeting will take place indoors in one of our classrooms during each practice time. We ask that at least one parent/guardian attend and stay for the full 45-minute meeting, as we will be covering important information for the season.

Topics will include:

• Overview of the upcoming swim season
• Swim meet requirements and expectations
• How to sign up for swim meets through SwimTopia
• Parent volunteer requirements
• Swim meet operations and what to expect on meet days
• Other important team information

If you have not already done so, we highly recommend downloading the SwimTopia app before the meeting.
