Hello Dolphins Families,

We have two important swim team updates that require your immediate attention:

1. Championship Meet – Response Needed ASAP
Our Championship Meet will be held at Georgia Tech, and we need all families to accept or decline attendance as soon as possible.

Even if your swimmer is not currently qualified for an individual event, there is still a strong possibility they may be placed on a relay. If your swimmer is marked as attending, they will be included in both freestyle and medley relays. Coach Phyllis needs this information immediately to begin building relay teams.

Friday, July 10
Session 1 (Ages 15–18)

• Warm-Ups: 4:00 PM
• Start: 5:30 PM
• End: ~8:20 PM

Saturday, July 11
Session 2 (Ages 9–10)

• Warm-Ups: 8:00 AM
• Start: 9:15 AM
• End: ~12:30 PM
• Includes an honorary heat for swimmers with disabilities

Session 3 (Ages 13–14)

• Warm-Ups: 1:30 PM
• Start: 3:15 PM
• End: ~6:15 PM

Sunday, July 12
Session 4 (Ages 8 & Under)

• Warm-Ups: 7:30 AM
• Start: 9:15 AM
• End: ~12:30 PM

Session 5 (Ages 11–12)

• Warm-Ups: 1:30 PM
• Start: 3:15 PM
• End: ~6:30 PM

2. End-of-Season Awards Party – RSVP Needed
Our end-of-season party will be this Saturday at 6:00 PM at the outdoor pool. Families are welcome to swim, and we will have food and awards as we celebrate a great season!
