Please review the important information below regarding tomorrow's make-up swim meet and schedule changes.

Make-Up Swim Meet Information

Our make-up swim meet will take place tomorrow, Saturday, June 20.

Meet Timeline

• Gates to the Outdoor Pool open: 4:45 PM
• YMCA Dolphins warm-up: 5:00 PM
• Parent Volunteer Meeting: 5:35 PM
• Meet Start Time: 6:00 PM

Please note that we will only be swimming individual events. There will be no relays.

Attendance & Deck Seeding

If your swimmer will not be attending the meet, please email Coach Phyllis by 8:00 PM today.

We are not permitted to add new swimmers to the meet entries. The only additions allowed are through deck seeding on meet day, and we are limited to two additional swimmers.

If your swimmer was not originally entered and would like to participate, please contact Coach Phyllis to see if any deck-seed spots remain available.

If your family was scheduled to volunteer and your swimmer is unable to attend, please include that information in your email so we can update the volunteer list.

Saturday Morning Splash & Team Pictures

Due to the make-up swim meet:

• There will be no Saturday Morning Splash tomorrow.
• Team pictures have been moved to Monday at 6:00 PM.

Coaches will release the 10 & Under practice group a few minutes early so everyone can gather at the Outdoor Pool for the team photo.

Please wear your team shirt for pictures.
