Hello Dolphins,

Tomorrow is our third swim meet of the season as we travel to compete against Connemara! Please make sure to read this email fully, as there is a lot of important information regarding tomorrow’s meet.

Meet Information
Address: 3422 Connemara Trace, Lawrenceville, GA 30044

• Warm-ups begin at 5:15 PM
• Volunteer meeting will be at 5:35 PM
• The meet will officially start at 6:00 PM

Please make sure to bring chairs and sunscreen, as our team area gets a lot of sun. Our team area will be located on the street side of the pool. It is very important that all swimmers and parents remain on our side of the pool, as it becomes difficult for coaches and volunteers to locate swimmers when they are sitting in other areas.

Connemara will have a concession stand available that accepts both cash and cards. They will be selling pizza, hamburgers, cheeseburgers, walking tacos, baked potatoes, candy, and other snacks.

The heat sheets have not yet been sent over by the other team. Once received, they will be sent out in a separate email. Attached to this email you will find the athlete check-in sheet, which includes each swimmer’s event, heat, and lane assignments.

Volunteer positions are looking good overall, but we are still missing a few volunteers for:

• Second-half timing
• Second-half staging

Please make sure to mark your swimmer before arriving at the meet tomorrow. Use the link below for instructions on how to properly mark your swimmer.

On your swimmer’s right or left shoulder, please write the following in Sharpie:

• Last name
• Age

This helps volunteers quickly identify swimmers behind the blocks.
