Dear Dolphins Families,

We are excited for our upcoming swim meet at Brightwater Pool! Please review the important information below and plan accordingly.

Arrival & Warm-Ups

• Please arrive no earlier than 5:00 PM, as the host team will be completing pool setup before then.
• Our team's warm-up time is 5:25 PM – 5:55 PM.
• The meet will officially begin at 6:00 PM.

Parking

• Please follow all neighborhood parking regulations.
• Do not park on the grass.
• Parking is permitted only on designated sides of the street.
• Please observe all posted No Parking signs.

Team Area

• The visiting team seating area is located on the opposite side of the pool from the clubhouse.
• Please bring your own chairs.
• The visitor bullpen will be across from the clubhouse near the shallow end.

Volunteers

Thank you to everyone who has signed up to volunteer! Meets cannot run successfully without your help. Please check the volunteer list to confirm your assignments.

We are still missing several volunteer positions. If you are available to help, please contact Erin at [email protected] as soon as possible. Your support is greatly appreciated and helps ensure a successful meet for all of our swimmers.

Concessions

The concession stand will be open and offering:

• Hot dogs
• Pizza
• Nachos
• Chips
• Candy
• Drinks

They accept cash, Venmo, and Cash App.

Small personal coolers are permitted; however, please do not bring large coolers onto the pool deck.

If your swimmer's availability has changed and they can no longer attend, please notify Coach Phyllis as soon as possible at [email protected].
