Dear Swim Team Parents,

We will be holding a parent meeting tomorrow during all practice sessions.

• The meeting for 10 and under group will begin at 5:05 PM.
• The meeting for the 11 and Up group will begin at 6:05 PM.

The meetings will be held in one of our small classrooms. We will gather parents from the pool deck and guide everyone to the meeting space.

If you have swimmers in both practice groups, you only need to attend one meeting.

During the meeting, we will discuss:

• How to navigate the Swim Team website
• How to register swimmers for each meet
• Volunteer positions needed to help run our swim meets this summer

We also have our first official swim meet of the season at home on May 28, and we will go over additional details about that at tomorrow’s meeting.
