Hello Dolphins,

As we approach the end of our competitive season, we are preparing for our Championship Meet at Georgia Tech on Sunday, March 1. Several emails have been sent through our association with meet details, and we’d like to highlight a few important reminders.

To qualify for the championship meet, swimmers must have participated in at least two meets this season. At the championship, each swimmer may compete in two individual events and two relays. Each team may enter one relay per age group, and relay teams will be created using our meet management software.

Please log in to SwimTopia to accept or decline participation in the championship meet. When responding, you are only indicating whether your swimmer will attend or not attending. Coach Phyllis will make the final decision regarding each swimmer’s events for the meet.

This championship meet will be divided into two sessions:

Session One – 10 & Under Swimmers

• Facility opens: 8:30 AM (swimmers & spectators)
• Warm-ups begin: 9:00 AM
• Warm-up assignments will be shared by your coach closer to the meet date

Session Two – 11–18 Year Old Swimmers

• Warm-ups begin: 1:00 PM
• Meet begins: 2:00 PM
