Hello Dolphins,

Great meet last Thursday against the Rapids, WE WON!!! All the coaches are proud of all the great swims and your team spirit. Your hard work during practice really shows during the swim meets. One dual meet left, keep up the great practicing.

If you have not already, please go declare if your child will be swimming or not for our meet on Thursday, June 27. This is a home meet and will be our finial dual meet of the season. The theme for this meet will be under the sea.

Also, I will be coming around next week during practice to confirm your swimmer’s availability if they have qualified for the county meet. To qualify for the county meet they would have had a top fifty time or have been on an A Relay. Attached is a copy of our swimmer’s county’s top 99 as of 6/22/2024. Please note if your swimmer is in the top 99 they could still get into the top 50, due to other swimmers dropping events.

County MEET SCHEDULE:

Friday July 12th, 2024

Session 1 (Age 15 -18)

Warmups; 4pm

Start time: 5:30pm session concluded at approx. 8:20PM

Saturday July 13th, 2024

Session 2 (Age 9 & 10)

Warmups at 8 AM

Start Time: 9:15AM session concludes at approx. 12:30PM

This session will begin with an "honorary heat" swum by invited swimmers with disabilities.

Session 3 (SINGLE Session - Ages 13-14)

Warm up at 1:30PM

Starting Time: 3:15PM session concludes at approx. 6:15PM

Sunday July 14th, 2024

Session 4 (Ages 8 & Under)

Warm up at 8:00 AM

Start Time: 9:15AM session concludes at approx. 12:30pm

Session 5 (Ages 11-12)

Warm up: 1:30 PM

Start Time: 3:15pm session concludes at approx. 6:30PM

County Swimmers practice – 10 & under 5:00 to 6:00 – 11 and Up 6:00 – 7:00 (July 1-3 & July 8-10).

Awards Night - Thursday, July 11 - 6:00 to 8:30, at the outdoor pool.
