Hello, I have opened up our volunteer positions for the meet tonight I have decided to try to split the timer shifts in half. Meaning we are needing a total of seven extra volunteers for tonight. If we are not able to fulfill the second half positions if you’re currently signed up as a volunteer timer, you’re expected to work the entire meet.

I have opened up the volunteer sign up until 3:30 PM today. You are able to go in and change yourself to second half if your swimmer has a Events towards the end of the meet it is best for you to sign up for the second half and keep the first half open for parents that have younger kids that only are there for a shorter period of time.

Again, I appreciate everyone’s help so that we can run a successful swim meet.
