Hello Dolphins,

Away swim meet at the Ed Isakson/Alpharetta Family YMCA. Please arrive at 2:45 pm for swimmer/volunteer check in. Warm ups will start around 3 pm and 3:15 pm. They will have a small concession stands available with snacks and drinks, No hot food. 

There is no sitting on the pool deck. When your child is swimming, you are allowed to enter to watch, once they are done you will need to go back to the gym. 

As the gym can sometimes be cold for the swimmers while waiting for the next event, it's recommended to bring warm clothes. Here is a quick checklist of other items to bring.

- Swimsuit

- Towels (it's best to bring three towels: 1 to sit on and another to have)

- Goggles

- Healthy snacks and water

- Warm clothes

Attached is the heat sheet and events by the athlete to make it easier to find your swimmers on the heat sheet. Please note the heat sheet in this email might change due to combing events once I receive the update heat sheet, I will share out.
