Hello Dolphins,

Tomorrow is our first meet of the season!! Provided below is information regarding tomorrow's meet.

• Swimmer/ Volunteer check-in: 2:15 pm
• Dolphins Warm up: 2:30 pm
• Volunteer meeting: 3:30 pm
• Meet starts: 4:00 pm

Our team area will be inside the basketball gym on one side of the court. This is where swimmers we'll set up. Parents are welcome to stay in the gym to wait for their swimmer’s next event. There will be limited seating on the pool deck. You are more than welcome to stay in the gym.

What do swimmers need to bring:

• Swimsuit
• Goggles
• Multiple towels (It is a good idea to bring an extra towel to sit on)
• Swim cap (if you did not receive your team cap last week we will have that available for pick up at the volunteer/ swimmer check-in table)
• Healthy snacks and water
• Warm clothes for in-between events

What do parents need to bring:

• Chairs (there will not be extra chairs available for parents. You will need to bring your own chair)
• Cash (for the concession stands. There will be hot food, snacks and cold drinks available)

If you are new to the swimming world, please visit our website; under the documents tab, you will find information on how to read a heat sheet and mark your swimmer. If this can be done before arriving at the meet, this will help things go a little bit quicker And so the swimmers know what events they will be swimming that night.

This document will make it easier to find which events, heat, and lane your swimmers are in so you can find it on the heat sheet.

• 3. Volunteer assignments

Thank you to our volunteers who have signed up for our first meet of the season. Please take a look at which position you have signed up for. Once you arrive at the meet, please check in to receive your volunteer badge and more information. We will have a volunteer meeting for all positions on the pool deck at 3:30 p.m.

We still need one more position to be filled for this meet: Bullpen/ staging.
