Hello everyone!

Last Monday evening one of our swimmers left her bathing suit in the girls locker room. If everyone can check their swimmers bag to see if someone grabbed it by mistake that would be awesome, the suit is last year's team suit. 

Also, quick reminder, every Monday after practice for Gold and Platinum in the water there is dry land practice. Please be sure your child has sneakers. Dry land practice is essential for building stamina, endurance and strength. Water bottles and goggles are needed at every practice for all levels.
