Hello Dolphins,

Away swim meet against Hanarry Hurricanes. Below I have provided details regarding the swim meet for tomorrow's arrival and warmups. As you may know, we still need volunteers for the meet. Thank you to everyone who signed up to help.

Address: 595 Johannah Place SW, Lilburn

Please follow the no parking signs so we can park on the side of the street heading out of the neighborhood. The parking around the pool is limited, but there is lots of street parking in all directions from the 4-way stop before you reach the pool.

-Swimmer and volunteer check-in: 5 pm
-Warm-up: 5:15 pm
-Swim meet starts: at 6:00 pm

Our team will sit in the shade closest to the restrooms and concession stand on the right side of the pool towards the clubhouse. Please bring your own chairs.

I know it has been a rainy week. There could be a chance of showers during the meet. We are still able to swim unless it starts thundering or lighting. If we do have to postpone the meet, everyone will be asked to go to their vehicles and wait until you are notified for the meet to resume. The other team has told us there is room for canopies to be set up. You are more than welcome to bring one. 

They will have concession stands.

I have attached the heat sheet and the events by athletes report making it easier to find your swimmer on the sheet. They will have heat sheets for sale if you want a printed copy and a concession stand (cash only). Please refer to our website under the documents tab to find resources to read the heat sheet and mark your swimmer. Parents, to help the check-in process go quicker, please have your child's last name and age on their back and have their events written on their arm.
