We Need Volunteers!

  You can now sign up on our team website under Meets & Events- Sign up Calendar- Job Signup (this is next to Meet Entry). We will be doing this from now on to sign up for volunteer positions. If you have any questions at all please don’t hesitate to reach out to Chrissy at  [email protected] 

 Our away meet is tomorrow and we still need volunteers to run it. We need a 1st half Bull Pin, 1st and 2nd half Staging, 4 more 1st half Timers and 8- 2nd half Timers. The team hosting has 8 lanes so we need timers from our team on each lane. This is incredibly important, as all of your children’s hard work would be wasted if we can’t have a meet for lack of volunteers. 

Side note, it is important that you know the events your kids are swimming and they have marked their events on them before you show up to the meet. Instructions on how to mark them are on our team site under Documents- What’s a Heat Sheet - scroll down to Grids for Swimmers. Their names should also be on their back over the left shoulder. Their events are posted at practice.
